We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.

Cool Wool is neither too thick nor too thin; it is just right for almost any project. You can knit beautiful sweaters and cardigans with it, but it is also very suitable for accessories and home projects.

Cool Wool is also great for baby and children's clothing because it is washable and felt-free, yet still super soft and comfortable. It is also totally elastic and therefore very comfortable.

The pure merino wool is very comfortable, super natural, and temperature regulating.
