Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.

The balloon cardigan is knitted with approx. 15 cm extra width/room for movement in relation to your chest circumference. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL fit a chest circumference of approx. 85 (90) 95 (100) 110 cm. Measure yourself before you start knitting to make sure you have chosen the correct size for you.
