Free returns within 30 days.

We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Therefore, we accept all items back within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free within Germany. We will send you a DHL label with a QR code.

You don’t need a printer and can drop off your return at a parcel station, in the store, or with your delivery person.

Send a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive a return label.

Please note that only one return shipment per order is free.
For additional return shipments from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from countries other than Germany, you will bear the direct return shipping costs.

Yarn package for the Balabeanie by Anne Ventzel with the alternative yarn combination of Cashmere 6/28 and Manada by Pascuali. These two dream yarns go perfectly together. Fine, super soft cashmere is complemented by the soft fluffiness of Manada.

This makes your Balabeanie incredibly soft and cuddly. You can also wear it directly on your skin and it's super comfortable.

The Balabeanie consists of a hat and a matching hood. Wear both on top of each other and enjoy the cozy warmth! This enchanting combination is super luxurious and cozy!

The hat is knitted from bottom to top in two strands, seamlessly, in the round. The hood is knitted from top to bottom in two strands and seamlessly.

With the Balabeanie you are always well protected and prepared for any weather!
